Cancellation & Refund
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@goodwysh.com or call +91 9831004718. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Custom Orders
As all gifts are personalized and customized, cancellations for custom orders are generally not accepted once the design process has started. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The wrong item was sent.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return or investigation of the issue.
4. Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the gift so we can assist in resolving the matter.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to hello@goodwysh.com with the order number and a description of the issue. We will review the case and confirm the next steps.
6. Non-refundable Items
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective. This includes products that have been altered or customized based on customer specifications.
